| المستخلص: | This research is intended to investigate the intercession literature as an old genre approached in long poems by great poets for the purpose of releasing a prisoner , Captive or saving someone's life from certain death sentence . With the passage of time and during Abbasi age this type of poetry developed a long with time change , sequence of successors and rulers , regardless of the alterations' which are reflected on people's annoyance or contentment . Thus , this genre of literature was natural out come from these surroundings . Therefore , intercession literature become no longer simple or spontaneous , but it developed and varied in subjects and themes ,So , we studied that literature according to Arabic written books and sources . Then we studied its elements (intercessor – appellor – the intercessed person) and all their reactions in situation . Then we studied the characteristics of the intercession texts dealing with their distinctive styles like praises , compliment and civility to the person in charge , as well as giving excuses and justification for the appellor . |
