| 520 | |e هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن مناسك الحج في ضوء كتب المذاهب الأربعة. كما أشار إلى ان بدأ اهتمام العلماء بتعريف الناس بهذا الركن العظيم، وإيضاح أحكامه، ومسائله، وواجباته، وسننه، وما يتبع ذلك من أعمال، وما ينبغي عليهم فيه من أمور معينة لبلوغ الأمل الاسمي، فعقدوا لذلك الأبواب الخاصة بالمناسك، كما افردها جمع كبير من المؤلفين بكتب خاصة. وتناول المقال عناية العلماء بكتب المناسك، عند المالكية وعند الحنفية وعند الشافعية وعند الحنابلة، بالإضافة إلى تناول كتب على المذاهب الأربعة. واختتم المقال بان تناول الفقهاء مناسك الحج بأسلوب علمي سهل، لان تعليم الناس يقتضي ذلك، وقد اختلفت الكتب التي ألفت في هذا الشأن من مذهب إلى اخر.كما ان مؤلفات هذا الفن معروفة، وأكثرها متوافرة، وقلما نجد كل هذه العلوم علي المذاهب الأربعة مجتمعة في مؤلف واحد.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |f The article aims to reveal the rite of Hajj in light of the books of the four doctrine. It also pointed out that the interest of the scholars began to introduce people to this great corner, to clarify its provisions, its questions, its duties, its Sunnah and the subsequent works, and what they should do to achieve the nominal hope. In order to achieve this, they conducted special books for rite, as well as a large collection of authors with special books. The article dealt with the scholars' attention to the books of the rite, at the Maliki's, at the Hanafis, at the Shafa'i and at the Hanbalis. Besides, it dealt with books of the four doctrine. The article concluded that the jurists dealt with the Hajj in an easy scientific manner, because the teaching of the people requires this. The books that were written in this regard differed from one doctrine to another. The works of this art are well known and the most available.
