| المستخلص: | يعد الموقع الجغرافي عنصر مهم من العناصر الطبيعية المؤثرة في قوة الدولة، لذلك جاءت الدراسة للبحث في طبيعة التوجهات الايرانية في ضوء موقعها الجيوبولوتيكي، وكيف استغلت إيران هذه الاهمية في موقعها سيما بعد عام 2003 بعد ان توفرت لها بيئة سياسية (اقليمية، ودولية) مناسبة. واشتملت الدراسة على عدة محاور منها الاهمية الجبوبولوتيكي لموقع ايران لاسيما اهميتها بالنسبة الى دول حلف شمال الاطلسي والولايات المتحدة على وجه التحديد. ثم دور ايران في منطقة الشرق الاوسط في ظل المتغيرات الاقليمية والدولية، اذ ان ما حدث في السنوات الاخيرة قد غير معادلة توازن القوى في المنطقة لصالح ايران سيما بعد انهيار الانظمة العربية المناوءة لتوجهات ايران في المنطقة والمأزق الذي تعرضت له جيوش الولايات المتحدة في العراق وافغانستان على ان ذلك قد فسح مجالا واسعا لتدخل ايران بقوة في شؤون دول منطقة الخليج العربي والعراق بشكل خاص متخذة من العراق نقطة انطلاق باتجاه خلق مجال حيوي لها في معظم دول المنطقة، ثم السياسة الايرانية تجاه العراق التي اتخذت أوجه واشكالا عديدة منها: السياسة الاقتصادية والمائية والبحرية والنفطية) ثم خرجت الدراسة في ضوء المعلومات وتحليلها الى جملة من الاستنتاجات كانت اهمها هي ان لا يتوقع ان تترك إيران العراق تحت أي ظرف من الظروف لعمق مصالحها فيه لاسيما وان العراق قد أصبح الرئة التي تتنفس منها ايران بسبب الضغوطات الاقتصادية الأمريكية عليها. Then the role of Iran in the Middle East in light of regional and international changes, as what happened in recent years has changed the equation of the balance of power in the region in favor of Iran, especially after the collapse of Arabian system anti orientations of Iran in the region and the impasse that was subjected to the armies of the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan it could make way plenty of room in Iran's interference strongly in the affairs of the countries of the Arabian Gulf and Iraq in particular, taken from Iraq as a springboard towards the creation of a vital area in most countries in the region, then the Iranian policy toward Iraq, which has taken the aspects and many forms including: economic policy and aquatic and marine and oil) and then went to study in light of the information and analysis to a set of conclusions was the most important of which is that iran not expected to leave iran under any circumstances for the depth of interest in it, especially since Iraq has become a lung-breathing, including Iran, because of the economic pressures of America on it. |
