| المستخلص: | Cet article étudie les relations entre la Russie et les républiques islamiques indépendantes à travers la détermination du rôle national russe dans cet espace géopolitique islamique. Malgré la dissolution de l’URSS, La Russie n’a pas oublié ses relations historiques avec ces républiques. Elle garde toujours sa conception stratégique vis-à-vis cet espace en le considérant comme un accès à son retour puissant à la scène mondiale. Dans ce cadre, la Russie joue un rôle national bien défini afin de récupérer son influence historique dans ces républiques. This article deals with relations between the Russian Federation and the independent Islamic republics by looking at the nature of the national role that the Russian Federation seeks to play in this Islamic geopolitical arena. It should be noted that Russia still stores in its memory the historical relationship with the independent Islamic republics. Despite the independence of these republics, Russia has maintained the same strategic perspective towards this geopolitical space, which it considers as one of the avenues for the revival of the project to restore control and to return to the international arena. In accomplish that, Russia has been working since the beginning of the third millennium to play a role which has been defined by the adoption of a specific strategy to reassert its influence in the Islamic republics.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 يعالج هذا المقال العلاقات بين روسيا الاتحادية والجمهوريات الإسلامية المستقلة وذلك من خلال الوقوف عند طبيعة الدور الوطني الذي تسعى روسيا الاتحادية إلى أدائه في هذا الجال الجيوبولتيكي الإسلامي. تجدر الإشارة إلى أن روسيا لا تزال تختزن في ذاكرتها العلاقة التاريخية مع الجمهوريات الإسلامية المستقلة، فبالرغم من استقلال هذه الجمهوريات إلا أن روسيا ظلت تحتفظ بالمنظار الاستراتيجي نفسه تجاه هذا الفضاء الجيوبولتيكي الذي تعتبره مدخلاً من مداخل إحياء مشروع استرجاع السيطرة والعودة إلى الساحة الدولية، وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك تعمل روسيا منذ بداية الألفية الثالثة على أداء دور م حدد من خلال تبني استراتيجية معينة وذلك في سبيل إعادة ترسيخ نفوذها في الجمهوريات الإسلامية. |
