| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأدوار التي يمكن أن تؤديها القيادة السياسية في بناء الدولة على كل المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والعسكرية. وأسفرت نتائج البحث في الكتب العربية أن إيران حققت نجاحات لا يمكن إغفالها من خلال استراتيجيتها في إدارة الصراع الجيوبوليتيكي الإقليمي والدولي والتأثير في مصالح الدول الغربية. كما أن المعوق السياسي للديمقراطية وما يلازمه على الصعيد الداخلي من عدم استقرار للمؤسسات السياسية والقانونية وطغيان للمصالح الضيقة الكامنة في طبيعة الأنظمة الحزبية الفئوية. وأسفرت الكتب الأجنبية على التأكيد على أن أضعف الدول يمكن أن تعتمد على سياسات خارجية خطيرة لا تقتصر تداعياتها على الداخل بل يمكن أن تفرض تحديات جسيمة على العالم. كما يعرض الكتاب الوضع في العراق عقب الغزو الأمريكي متناولاً السياسات الخارجية التي اعتمدت في العراق سواء مع دول الجوار والقوى الكبرى. وأسفرت نتائج البحث في التقارير البحثية حيث يحذر التقرير الصادر عن مجموعة الأزمات الدولية من استمرار الدول الغربية في تقديم المساعدات العسكرية إلى العراقيين الأكراد من دون وضع استراتيجيات للتعامل مع عواقب تسليح الجهات الفاعلة غير الحكومية في العراق. ويشير التقرير إلى أن القيادة العسكرية في السعودية راهنت على تحقيق نوع من الانتصار في اليمن. كما تبدو السعودية في خطابها التصعيدي ضد إيران والحوثيين ويعلن رجال الدين عن تطلعاتهم لتحقيق نصر في اليمن. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to identify the roles that political leadership can play in building the state at all political, economic, social, cultural and military levels. The results of the research in the Arabic books concluded that Iran has achieved successes that can not be overlooked through its strategy in the management of regional and international geopolitical conflict and its influence regarding the interests of Western countries. In addition, the results also pointed out the political impediment of democracy, related political and legal institutions instability, at the internal level, and the tyranny of the narrow interests inherent in the nature of factional party systems. The foreign books have emphasized that the weakest countries can rely on dangerous foreign policies whose repercussions are not only internal, but can pose serious challenges to the world. The book also presents the situation in Iraq after the US invasion, discussing the foreign policies adopted in Iraq, both with the neighboring countries and the major powers. The outcomes of the research resulted in research reports; the report issued by the International Crisis Group warns of the continuation of Western countries in providing military assistance to the Kurds of Iraq, without devising strategies to deal with the consequences of arming non-state actors in Iraq.
