| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأصداء الدولية لظهور منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية. حيث أشار إلى انه تم عقد أول مجلس وطني فلسطيني في 28 أيار (مايو) 1964. بإعلان إنشاء منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية حيث لم تنشأ منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية من العدم فقد سبق قيامها تطورات على الأصعدة الفلسطينية والعربية والدولية. كما تباينت ردود الأفعال الدولية على ظهور منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية فانزعجت بعض الدول وتجاهلتها دول أخرى. واستندت الدراسة على المحاور التالية، رفض الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية العام 1964 قيام المنظمة. وموقف الاتحاد الأوروبي من منظمة التحريرالفلسطينية.وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن كل دولة أجنبية قد أخلصت لموقفها من الإمبريالية والصهيونية في الموقف الذي اتخذته من ظهور منظمة التحرير فلم تخيب الولايات المتحدة الظن فيها بدعمها الكامل لإسرائيل وجاءت في ذيلها صديقتها بريطانيا. كما عبرت دول الاتحاد الأوروبي عن موقفها المنحاز لإسرائيل بالتجاهل التام لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية عند صدورها. أما دول المعسكر الاشتراكي فقد اختلفت في موقفها من المنظمة فكان التأييد التام من قبل الصين وعلى النقيض جاء موقف الاتحاد السوفيتي. كما أن معظم الدول العربية لم تكن قد شفيت بعد من أثار الاستعمار الغربي عليها حيث قطعت الدول العربية علاقتها مع بريطانيا وفرنسا عقب العدوان الثلاثي ومع المانيا الغربية بعد اكتشاف إمدادها لإسرائيل بالأسلحة والمعدات فما كان على المنظمة إلا ان تنتهج نهج الدول العربية نفسه. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The study aimed to identify the international echoes of the emergence of the Palestine Liberation Organization where it pointed out that the first Palestinian National Council was held on May 28, 1964.
