| المستخلص: | الحمد لله ونستعين به ونستغفره ونستعيذ به من شر أنفسنا وسيئات أعمالنا، وأصلي وأسلم على الرسول الأمين الهادي للحق والطريق المستقيم صلوات الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. \ وبعد ... \ فأن الحياة في ضوء تعاليم الإسلام نظام ينبغي أن يقوم على إشاعة الفضيلة بين أفراد المجتمع ونظام سياسي أساسه إقامة العدل ونظام اجتماعي نواته الأولى الأسرة لصالحه وركيزته التكافل والتراحم بين أفراد المجتمع لجعل الحياة سعيدة بين أبناء المجتمع. قال تعالى ﴿وَمِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ﴾ (الذاريات : 49) \ فلهذا ارتأينا الكتابة عن التحكيم في إصلاح نشوز الزوجين، وهو جزء من نظام الأسرة في الفقه الإسلامي، فقسمنا البحث إلى أربعة مباحث، تكلمنا في المبحث الأول عن تعريف النشوز والتحكيم ومشروعيتهما، ثم تكلمنا في المبحث الثاني عن وجود بعث الحكمين الواردة في الآية القرآنية، وفي المبحث الثالث كان الكلام عن شروط الحكمين، أما في المبحث الرابع فتناولنا فيه مهمة الحكمين بأنها أحد الغرضين، إما إصلاح ذات البين بين الزوجين، أو التفريق بينهما. \ أخيراً أسأل الله أن يجعله خالصا لوجهه وأن ينفعني به والمسلمين، ولو لم أكن قد وفيت في جدواه، إنما هي ثمة جهود بذلتها في إنتاجه. \ وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله ...
