| المستخلص: | This research addresses itself to the study of the career of a well-known Islamic hero, the prophet's reverenced comrade Billal Ibn Rabah. He was one of the early Muslims who suffered a great deal and underwent torture and prosecution, but didn't forsake his tenets . And it was because of the high position that he occupied and his sheer voice that the prophet Mohammed chose him to call for the prayer in his mosque. He was also nominated, by the prophet Mohammed, as the treasurer for his honesty and fidelity. He took part in all the prophet’s battles, and died by the Amwas plague at 20 A. H. |
