| المستخلص: | الماء عنصر أساسي للحياة ومطلب مهم لبقاء الكائنات الحية كافة، وكما يقول الباري عز وجل في محكم كتابه الكريم في سورة الأنبياء (وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاء كُلَّ شَيْ حَيٍّ)، أذن الماء شريان الحياة المتدفق والذي قامت عليه حضارات الأمم وازدهرت، وتصارعت الشعوب من أجل الاحتفاظ بهذا المورد المهم للبقاء، وتنوعت السبل والوسائل التي أستخدمها بنو البشر للاحتفاظ بهذا المورد الثمين فمنهم من حفر باطن الأرض للوصول إلى هذا المورد بالوسائل المختلفة ومنهم من انتقل إلى جوار المجرى المائي ليعيش في ظله ومنهم من احتفظ بالمياه في خزانات لحين الحاجة إليها وآخرون ابتدعوا طرقا هندسية لاستخراج المياه من باطن الأرض والمحافظة على جريانها والاستفادة منها بأسلوب علمي رفيع المستوى عرف باسم نظام الأفلاج. ومنذ فجر التاريخ أدرك العرب ومنهم العمانيون قيمة المياه لبقاء الحياة وإدامتها منذ آلاف السنين. فالعرب وهم أبناء الصحراء يدركون أهمية الماء مما أضطرهم الواقع إلى بناء السدود كسد مأرب في اليمن مثلًا وقسموا نهر بردي إلى سبعة أنهر لغرض السقاية وهذه كلها شواهد على هندسة الري العربي الأصول والإسلامية التطبيق. ثم ينفرد العمانيون بنظام حضاري توارثوه عبر الأجيال وهو نظام الأفلاج باعتباره أهم نظام مائي في الجزيرة العربية ويجري منذ ألالاف السنين ويرتبط بحياة الإنسان العماني. أن نظام الأفلاج في عمان ليس مجرد وسيلة تاريخية من وسائل الري وترشيد استخدام الموارد المائية فحسب وإنما يعتبر نظاما اجتماعيا متكاملا لتنظيم العلاقات بين هذا المورد المائي الحيوي وبين المستفيدين منه والذي يعتبر صمام أمان للمجتمع بمختلف فئاته وطوائفه. Since the dawn of history , including the Arabs realized the value of Omani waters for the survival of life and sustain thousands of years ago They are the sons of the desert Arabs are aware of the importance of water, forcing them to actually build dams , for example, Lakeside Marib in Yemen and the Barada River divided into seven rivers for the purpose of this whole Watering and Irrigation Engineering evidence of Arab and Islamic asset application. The system of Aflac in Oman is not just a way of historical irrigation methods and rationalize the use of water resources , but is socially integrated system for the regulation of relations between this vital water resource and among its beneficiaries , which is a safety valve for the community in various denominations and sects. |
