| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدارسة إلى تصميم مقياس التماسك الأسري، إضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى التماسك الأسري لدى أسر الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.\ \ تألفت عينة الدراسة من (١٧٣) أسرة من أسر الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة موزعين على مناطق المملكة (جدة- الرياض- المنطقة الشرقية)، تم تصميم مقياس التماسك الأسري واستخراج دلالات الصدق والثبات، حيث يتمتع المقياس بدلالات صدق المحتوى، حيث عرض المقياس على عدد من المحكمين وقد بلغت نسبة الاتفاق فيما بينهم 80%، أما بالنسبة لصدق البناء فقد تراوحت معاملات الارتباط بين الفقرات والدرجة الكلية بين (0.334-0.947). \ وأظهرت النتائج بأن المقياس يتمتع بدرجات ثبات مرتفعة حيث تراوحت بين (0.87-0.96). \ كما أظهرت النتائج بأن أسر الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة يتمتعون بمستوى تماسك أسري متوسط الذي يعتبر المستوى المناسب من التماسك. |b This paper aims at giving an introduction on prevention and early intervention in physical and health disabilities especially when the term "physical and health disabilities" covers a wide range of dissimilar disabilities which causes different problems for the individual's health, safety and wellbeing. Like other types of disabilities, these disabilities have different effects on the individual's daily life, his psychological and social status and that stress the importance of the preventive measures and early intervention steps to deal with these disabilities and terminal illnesses at early stages. \ This paper discusses the related aspects to prevention and early intervention in physical and health disabilities. The paper assesses the level of prevention, the objectives of each level and the role of the family in early diagnosis as well as developmental screening tests. The paper then moves to review the early intervention, its justifications in relation to screening and diagnosis. After that, the author defines the early intervention team and elements that should be provided in the early intervention in special education in addition to the basic family education and training. Finally, the early intervention programmes for physical and mental disabilities, it alternatives and portage services will be discussed. | ||
