| المستخلص: | The aim of the article is to address the most correct statement in the contemporary jurisprudence lesson. It also explained that the lesson of jurisprudence is a scientific stage and a mixture of legitimate sciences. The scholars agree that it is an industry that it needs a manufacturer and a factory to produce the product, the jurist of the future. As for the manufacturer, it is the jurist, and the factories are mosques and the Islamic colleges. The article also pointed out that the focus on the most likely deprived of the agreed generation of understanding the essence of jurisprudence and resulted in the emergence of the jurisprudential capacity of some. All the interest of the Sheikh is to finish the course and not to discover the seeds of the jurisprudential talents that await the attention to the care to result the human jurists that the nation go to in its woes. The article concluded that these lines are not a reduction of the skill of weighting, but it is an invitation so as not to control the attendance in the academic jurisprudence lesson among other skills..\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 هدف المقال إلي بيان الراجح في الدرس الفقهي المعاصر. كما أوضح ان الدرس الفقهي عبارة عن مراحل علمية ومزيج علوم شرعية، ويتفق أهل الفقه أنه صناعة يحتاج إلى صانع ومصنع ليخرج المنتج وهو فقيه المستقبل، وأما الصانع فهو الفقيه، والمصانع هي المساجد والكليات الشرعية. كما أشار المقال إلى ان التركيز على الراجح حرم جيل المتفقهة من تذوق حلاوة الفقه وأسفر عن ظهور الملكة الفقهية عند بعضهم، وأصبح هم الشيخ ختم المقرر لا اكتشاف بذور المواهب الفقهية التي تنتظر الري والسقاية لتقوم على سوقها فقهاء نفس ترجع إليهم الأمة في نوازلها. واختتم المقال بأن هذه الأسطر ليست تقليلا من مهارة الترجيح، ولكنها دعوة لئلا ينفرد بالحضور في الدرس الفقهي الأكاديمي من بين سائر المهارات.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
