| المستخلص: | The article aimed to highlight the sectarianism of the judiciary in Iraq. It also pointed out that it was stated in a report issued by the Baghdad Center for Human Rights that the Criminal Court of Dhi Qar (Nasiriyah) with its first and second bodies since the beginning of the year (2015) and the middle of June of the same year, issued 582 death sentences against Iraqi detainees of the Sunnis (Arabs). This is according to article 4 of the anti-terrorism law according to the official archives of the court. The article also pointed out that these trials included committing legal irregularities that render them to be incomplete to the minimum requirements of justice. Besides, it make them a part of the series of dissolution of the Sunni presence in Iraq. The article concluded that the Shiite parties that run the judiciary has now directed to implement the death sentences without obtaining the approval of the Republic President. This represents a dangerous thing considered among the scandals of corruption institutions of the Iraqi state, first and foremost the judiciary of Iraq..\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 استهدف المقال تسليط الضوء على طائفية القضاء في العراق. كما أشار إلى ان جاء في تقرير صدر عن مركز بغداد لحقوق الإنسان، أن محكمة جنايات ذي قار (الناصرية) بهيئتيها الأولي والثانية منذ بداية العام (2015) والي منتصف شهر يونيو من العام نفسه، أصدرت 582 حكما بالإعدام ضد معتقلين عراقيين من أهل السنة (العرب)، وفقا للمادة الرابعة من قانون مكافحة الإرهاب بحسب الأرشيف الرسمي للمحكمة. كما أوضح المقال أن تلك المحاكمات ارتكبت فيها مخالفات قانونية تجعلها، غير مستكملة لأدني متطلبات العدالة، وتجعلها جزءا من مسلسل تصفية الوجود السني في العراق. واختتم المقال بأن الأحزاب الشيعية التي تدير القضاء لديها توجه الأن يقضي بتنفيذ أحكام الإعدام دون الحصول على مصادقة رئيس الجمهورية، الأمر الذي يعد سابقة خطيرة تسجل ضمن فضائح فساد مؤسسات الدولة العراقية وعلي رأسها القضاء.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
