الوصف
المستخلص:Language is the principal means of communication between peoples. This language- even in the same community- differs in level and degree according to the field of information and the type of the receiver of that language (Al-Moetamer Al-elmi, 1990). That difference leads to various degrees of attraction. The language of Holy Quran is a unique one. It is an unexampled level of all language levels( Al-Dabeeb, 2002). It embodies the utmost level of affecting the addressers. It captures our hearts as well as our ears and minds. This language is described as expressive language that mainly refers to using rhetorical, metaphorical, and rhythmical features. As a result, many researches were proceeded to investigate the effect of this language on students’ developments in various skills. It has also been found that it impresses the listeners and readers as well. For this reason, the translator has been encouraged to borrow words/expressions from the Holy Quran to be inserted in the literary Arabic translated text, so as to improve his/her style of writing in Arabic. \\\\ This study aimed to cast light on the efficiency of learning the Holy Quran by heart in improving the translator's style of writing the literary Arabic version. \\\\ To achieve the purpose of this study, the research English texts to be translated into Arabic. This test was administered to two groups of students, each group included at least 30 students. The students of the first group knew the Holy Quran by heart and the others did not. After evaluating these two groups, the results showed the difference between the versions given by the two groups. This research would have been expected to show that the students of the first group who committed the Holy Quran to their memory, would produce better versions than those of the second one. \\\\ In conclusion, it is recommended to encourage the would be translator (student / translator) to con the Holy Quran to improve his/her style of producing the literary Arabic version.
