| المستخلص: | يتصدى البحث لدراسة إمكانية اقتراح وتطبيق "منهجية بحث" جديدة في منظومات إدارة منظمة الأعمال في الظروف المعاصرة للنشاط الاقتصادي. إن تطور المهنية في مختلف نواحي النشاط الإنساني اليوم يتطلب فهم "البحث" بكونه عنصرا أساسيا للنشاط التطبيقي، وأنه سيكون أيضا عاملا رئيسيا للاحتراف المهني والتعلم. لقد تناولت الدراسة مفاهيم "بحث" و "فاعلية البحث" و "منهجية بحث" منظومات الإدارة الحديثة لمنظمة الأعمال. خلصت الدراسة إلى تقرير "منظومية" منظمة الأعمال باعتبارها موضوعا للإدارة، مما يمكن من وضع منهجية عامة لبحث منظومة إدارتها عن طريق اقتراح نموذجا "لمحتوى منهجية بحث" منظومة إدارة الأعمال. هذا الأمر سمح للدراسة باقتراح "نموذج منهجي لبحث" منظومة الإدارة الحديثة يتضمن سبعة أشكال تخطيطية متكاملة تؤشر خطوات المعالجة العلمية لهدف هذه الدراسة. The research for studying the capability of suggesting and applying a new "research methodology" on the business organization management under the contemporaneous circumstances of the economic activity. The development of profession in various fields of the human activity today requires deep understanding factor of the research concept as a substantial factor for the applied activity, as well as this can be regarded as a main element for thr professional occupation and leaning. This study tries to shade some light on the conceptual concepts such as "research”, "the activity of the research", "the methodology of the research". Modem business organization. The study reached a conclusion that organizationally of the business organization, as a subject of management can be determined in anticipation and thus enable us to decide a common methodology for the research of the administration and to suggest a model of the conception of the research methodology of the business management. This allows the study to suggest a research methodology model for the modem administration that involves seven integrated graphs or figures which demonstrate the steps for the following scientific treatment to the main goal of this study. |
