المستخلص: | Hotel industry has witnessed a phenomenal rate of growth during the last 25 to 30 years.. The target for the year 2015 is to have thousands of hotel rooms in developing countries. Such a massive investment has urgently demanded intensive managerial inputs, particularly in\ the area of financial management. Marketing and house-keeping (designing and decorating) are also paid special attention as these are considered to be very important aspects of hotel industry. \ A feeling of mutual respect and trust between management and workers and transparency in operations would go a long way in developing employees who can satisfy the ever changing and complex demands of the customers. That will be a solid foundation on which the structure of a hotel can remain strong and stable over along period. \ |
