Research aim : The study aim to recognized at basic reason the effective of the foreign aid about the developing the African Countries , to achieve this goals must be know a lot of important points : 1) the political dimension for the international aids . 2) how increase the foreign aids ? 3) the role of the aids to decrease the poverty in this countries 4) The aid’s role in the reparation structure programs 5) The German policy with the African countries seems good but in fact this relationship had a confused when the German spilted to two direction the East German and the West German at that time The German country waved to the African countries by his food , money, medicine and a lot of things which named (Foreign AID ) it’s use it as a press tool . 6) The distribution of the American aids determined by two chief decided internal decided interaction between the executive establishment of nation and the legislation State to create the aid’s decision ) & external decided(there a competition between China and USA) 7) ” There are obstructionist prevent the foreign aids to achieve his goals . | ||
