| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مشكلات وتحديات تعليم الفتيات الريفيات في محافظة الشرقية. حيث تناولت مشكلات تعليم الفتيات الريفيات في ضوء دراسة حالة لمحافظة الشرقية باعتبارها قضية هامة من قضايا التعليم للجميع وحقوق الإنسان والمتمثلة في قضية الحق للتعليم. وكذلك تناوله لمشكلات التعليم الريفي للفتيات بمحافظة الشرقية. وأشارت إلى بعض المشكلات الخاصة بمدارس الفصل الواحد ثم محاولة وضع الحلول لمعالجتها وهذا بدوره يؤدي إلى حماية الثروة البشرية مادياً ونفسياً ومن ثم توفير قوى عاملة متعلمة ومفكرة للمجتمع. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في زيارات ميدانية لمدارس الفصل الواحد والمقابلات الشخصية مع بعض القيادات المسئولة عن مدارس الفصل الواحد واستبانة للتعرف علي أراء المسئولين في اهم المشكلات التي تواجه مدارس الفصل الواحد. وتوصلت النتائج إلي وجود العديد من المشكلات وجوانب القصور في أداء المعلم بمدارس الفصل الواحد نتيجة لكثرة الأعباء التي يقوم بها وقلة التدريبات والتنمية المهنية لهم. ووجود خلل وقصور من جانب التلاميذ نتيجة لوجود خلل في العلاقات بين المدرسة والبيت والمناهج وانخفاض مستوي التحصيل. ومشكلات عدة في مجال تصميم وبناء المناهج وتحريرها وإخراجها بالإضافة إلي ضعف اليات دمج القضايا المعاصرة في المناهج وكتب ادله المعلم وعدم وجود تجريب ميداني لهذه المناهج قبل التطبيق يؤدي إلى عدم تحقيق أهدافها. ومشكلات خاصة بالمباني والتجهيزات المدرسية وذلك نظرا لصغر المساحة وعدم ملائمة التصميمات.واوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة تأهيل المعلمون الذين تم ترقيتهم إلى مديرين والعمل على تنمية المديرين مهنيا وتطوير الإدارة المدرسية وفق المداخل الإدارية الحديثة.واعادة النظر في القوانين والقرارات المنظمة لسياسة القبول في مدارس اليوم الواحد بالشرقية والنزول بين القبول. ومعادلة الشهادة التي تمنحها هذه المدارس بشهادة المرحلة الابتدائية.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The study aimed to uncover the problems and the challenges of the education of the rural girls in Sharkia governorate. It addressed the problems of the education of the rural girls in light of a case study of Sharkia governorate as an important issue of the universal education and the human rights, which is the right of the education. It addressed the problems of the rural education for girls in the Sharkia Governorate. It pointed out some of the problems of the schools of one class and then the attempt to develop the solutions to address these problems, which in turn leads to the protection of the human resources materially and psychologically and then provide an educated thoughtful workforce for the society. The study used the descriptive approach. The study tools represented in the field visits to the schools of one class and the personal interviews with some leaders who are responsible for the schools of one class and a questionnaire to identify the views of the officials in the most important problems facing the schools of one class. The results found that there are many problems and shortcomings in the performance of the teacher in the schools of one class due to the heavy burdens and the lack of training and the professional development of them, and the presence of the imbalance and shortcomings related to the students due to the disruption of the relations between the school and the family and the curriculums and the low achievement level. In addition to several problems in the design field and establishment field of the curriculums and their editing and their publication. Besides, the weakness of the mechanisms of integrating the contemporary issues in the curriculums and the teacher's guide books and the lack of field experimentation of these curriculums before the implementation which leads to the failure to achieve its objectives. The study recommended the rehabilitation of the teachers who have been promoted as managers and work on the development of the managers professionally. It also recommended the development of the school administration according to the modern administrative access, and the reconsideration of the laws and the decisions which organize the policy of admission to schools of one day in Al Sharkia acceptances, and the equivalence of the certificate granted by these schools to the primary school certificate.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
