| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة إلى تنمية الإبداع العلمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران: رؤية مقترحة. واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجميع كليات العلوم والآداب والتربية بنين وبنات بجامعة نجران وبلغ إجمالي عددهم 115 عضو. واشتملت الأدوات على استبانة للكشف عن آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول تنمية الإبداع العلمي بجامعة نجران وجاءت في أربعة محاور وهم أراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تنمية التكوين الشخصي والمهني. وأراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تنمية المراحل الإبداعية. وأراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تنمية الإنتاجية العلمية. وأراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو تنمية البيئة الجامعية. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تنوع الرتبة الأكاديمية أستاذ مساعد وأستاذ مشارك وفاعلي حيث أن التعليم الجامعي مهنة تتطلب أن يتوفر في صاحبها تكوين ثلاثي الأبعاد بحثي وتعليمي وقيمي دون اعتبار التباين في الرتب. وأن النوع ذكور وإناث لا تأثير له في تنمية الإنتاجية العلمية. كما قدمت رؤية مقترحة لتنمية الإبداع العلمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة نجران تضمنت أهداف المقترح وقناعاته وركائزه وآلياته.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The study aimed to develop the scientific creativity among faculty members at Najran University: A proposed conception. It was based on the descriptive approach. The study group consisted of faculty members in all faculties of science, arts and education for both boys and girls in Najran University. There number was 115 members. The tools included a questionnaire to reveal the views of faculty members on the development of scientific creativity at Najran University. The study consisted of four axes. The first axis was the views of the faculty members towards the development of personal and professional formation. The second axis discussed the views of the faculty members towards the development of creative stages. The third axis dealt with the views of faculty members towards the development of scientific productivity. The fourth axis tackled the views of faculty members towards the development of university environment. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between the academic diversity of the academic rank; the professor, the assistant professor and the associate professor and superior as the university education profession requires that the professor should be aware of three-dimensional formation represented in research, education and value regardless of the difference in ranks. The study also highlighted that males and females have no influence in the development of scientific productivity. It also presented a proposed conception for the development of scientific creativity among faculty members at Najran University, which included the objectives of the proposal, its convictions, bases and mechanisms..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
