| المستخلص: | أفحص في هذه الدراسة مبنى التركيب التبعيضي ومعناه. فأعمد إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التبعيض والتخصيص، وأزعم أن التركيب التبعيضي في اللغة العربية الفصحى /المعاصرة يتسم باللبس في ما يتعلق بالتخصيص على النحو نفسه الذي تتسم به أسماء النكرة. كما ألقي الضوء على ظاهرة لم يكشف النقاب عنها من قبل تتمثل في استعمال للتنوين استعمالا لم يشر إليه من قبل. فأزعم أنه لا بد من دخول التنوين على الاسم الدال على المجموعة الفرعية في التركيب التبعيضي ليؤدي وظيفة بنائية ، لا دلالية. This study highlights the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in developing novel health systems. A literature search and document analysis related to the development of the Saudi healthcare system is presented in conjunction with non-participant observation of use of ICT. A model for sustainability of the Saudi health system is proposed that provides a framework for developing generic e-health services. Existing and future challenges of procuring and implementing the e-service framework are discussed. The major finding of the study is that development and technological advancement will not reach their full potential if there is a continued under investment in technological and organizational management. A holistic view of the current health system may be adopted to utilise ICT as a driver for improved health system sustainability |
