| المستخلص: | يلعب محلول الترطيب دوراً أساسياً في جودة طباعة الليثوأوفست حيث غالباً ما تتعلق المشاكل الطباعية بوجود خلل في نظام الترطيب، ليس هذا فحسب بل تؤثر المكونات الكيميائية المضافة لماء الترطيب على صحة العاملين وسلامة البيئة؛ الأمر الذي دفع القائمين على هذه الصناعة بتطوير نظم الترطيب التقليدية (الماء- إضافات)، من حيث الخامات المستخدمة في تكوين محلول الترطيب والإضافات المختلفة وكذلك من حيث التركيب البنائي والميكانيكي لنظام الترطيب ذاته، فظهرت نظم الترطيب بالكحول والتي أعطت نتائج مرضية عملياً بالرغم من التأثير السلبي للكحول على سلامة البيئة وصحة العاملين، وكذلك بعض المشاكل المتعلقة بالجودة الطباعية؛ مما دفع الباحث في عمل دراسة مقارنة بين النظامين (ترطيب تقليدي- ترطيب الكحول) من\ خلال استخدام دليل لوني قياسي مع الطباعة على كلا النظامين ومن ثم إجراء قياسات الجودة، حيث توصل الباحث إلى أن كل نظام له مميزاته وسلبياته حيث سجل الترطيب التقليدي مدى لوني أوسع وتصيد حبري أعلى وسجل ترطيب الكحول كثافات حبرية أعلى بينما سجل كلا النظامين معدلات نمو نقطي متفاوتة، إضافة إلى أن الترطيب التقليدي تطلب وقت أطول وخامات أكثر (ورق- حبر- محلول ترطيب) للوصول لنتائج مرضية بالمقارنة بترطيب الكحول. Dampening solution play a key role in offset printing quality, where printing problems often related to the existence of an imbalance in the dampening system, it is not only but also the chemical components were added to the water dampening negatively effect on health hazards and environmental safety', so printing market offers more development on traditional dampening systems (water - Additives), in terms of raw materials, various additives, structural and mechanical installation system. So dampening with alcohol systems was appeared as a solution for many printing problems, alcohol has given satisfactory results in printing quality, in spite of the negative influence of IPA on the environment and health of employees, as well as some problems related to printing quality, as long as they have been working with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), printers have wanted to reduce its use in accordance with restricted worldwide. Now, finally, the right technology is available for achieving this, while maintaining the quality levels, prompting the researcher to do a comparative study between the two systems (traditional dampening - dampening with reduced alcohol), through use of standard color chart (1T8-7.3 CMYK), printing on both systems, and measure the print characteristics, the researcher notice that each system has some advantages and disadvantages, the traditional dampening record more saturated color gamut and highest trapping but alcohol dampening record highest density while both systems record various dot gain, It is worth mentioning that traditional dampening request more time and more raw materials (paper - ink — dampening solution) to reach satisfactory results compared to reduced alcohol dampening |
