| المستخلص: | الحمد لله وحده والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده، وبعد: فهذا البحث المتعلق بـ"حفظ المقاصد بتنوع الوسائل"(حفظ الدين)، تم فيه مناقشة الوسائل من جهة، والمقاصد من جهة، ثم كيفية ربطهما ببعضهما البعض بحيث يتم فيه تفعيل وظيفة الوسائل لتقوم بحفظ مقاصد الشريعة وضروراتها الكبرى وأولها وأهمها حفظ الدين، بإيجاد جملة من التوازنات المهمة في حياة المكلف ليبقى الدين محفوظا من ميل المكلف لجهة على حساب الأخرى؛ كالتوازن بين الظاهر والباطن، والمقاصد والوسائل، والتعبد والتعليل، والجزئيات والكليات، والإخفاء والإعلان، والعلم والعمل، وقد نوعت الشريعة وأكثرت من الطرق والوسائل الموجدة لهذه التوازنات في النفس؛ بالنظر والاعتبار في تصاريف العبر الكثيرة العقلية والفكرية، والعمل بشتى أنواع الأعمال المحددة والمطلقة، العائدة على النفس بالاعتدال والاستقامة دون زيادة ولا نقصان.
