| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس توجهات التعلم والأداء للطالب المعلم والتعرف على مدى الفروق بين الطالب المعلم في توجهات التعلم وتوجهات الأداء والكفاءة التدريسية بالفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة في فترة التدريب الميداني وأيضا العلاقة بين توجهات التعلم وتوجهات الأداء والكفاءة التدريسية لدى طلاب الفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة في التدريب الميداني بكلية التربية الأساسية تخصص تربية بدنية بدولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت عينة البحث على (58) طالب بالفرقة الثالثة ، وعدد (54) طالب بالفرقة الرابعة ، كما استخدم الباحث مقياس التوجه نحو التعلم والأداء وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الكفاءة التدريسية كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، وكانت أهم النتائج انه تم التوصل إلى مقياس لقياس توجهات التعلم والأداء للطالب المعلم بقسم التربية البدنية بكلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت وقد اشتمل المقياس على محورين أساسيين وهما محور توجه هدف التعلم أو المهمة (الإتقان) ويشتمل على (13) عبارة، ومحور توجه هدف الأداء أو الأنا (الدرجة) ويشتمل على (10)عبارات ، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا بين طلاب الفرقة الرابعة وطلاب الفرقة الثالثة في كل من توجه هدف التعلم أو المهمة (الإتقان)، ومحور توجه هدف الأداء أو الأنا (الدرجة) والكفاءة التدريسية ولصالح طلاب الفرقة الرابعة The research aims to build scale trends learning and performance of the student teacher and to identify the extent of the differences between the student teacher in the directions of learning and orientations of the performance and efficiency of teaching Balvriqtin third and fourth in a field training and also the relationship between the orientations of learning and orientations of the performance and efficiency of teaching students at the teams third and fourth in field training at the Faculty of Education core specialty of physical education in Kuwait, and the researcher used the descriptive method, and included a sample search on (58) student third year, and the number (54) students in the fourth year, as the researcher used measure of the trend towards learning and performance and note card to measure the efficiency of teaching as a means of data collection, and was the most important results had been reached to scale to measure the orientations of the learning and performance of the student teacher, Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Basic Education in Kuwait has included standard on two main axes, namely axis directed learning objective or task (mastery) and includes (13) is, and axis orientation performance goal or ego (class) and includes 10 phrases, also found statistically significant differences between the students of the fourth year and third year students in each of the directed learning objective or task (mastery), and axis orientation performance goal or ego (class) and the efficiency of teaching and for the fourth year students. |
