| 520 | |f Crime has been a subject occupying human thought since ancient times. However, since two centuries ago theories have accumulated to such an extent that it is difficult to take any one of them as a basic reference for the study of criminal behavior. If one of the simplified definitions of the crime is presented as a violation of the laws and values of society, then the one holding this view latter would react with distress to such behavior and, would reach, in his level of distressful reaction to the maximum, in terms of punishment. However, the society works through its institutions to transfer moral and valuable heritage to its members, including those among them who engage in contravening conducts, which vary in terms of seriousness. An individual who has grown up in his social environment and has engaged in criminal acts is aware that his actions are contrary to social values and norms, and that undertaking them is enough to evoke a reaction represented by indignation and punishment, and yet despite that, he still commits the crime. This prompts us to question the meaning which the perpetrators place to their behavior and self-perception of their conducts, and we seek to do so by redrawing the deviant path through their statements and the subjective meanings they form.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 | ||
| 520 | |d Si la définition de la délinquance reste un enjeux théorique d'une importance capitale dans l'étude du phénomène, et si les divergences entre les différentes conceptions ne sont pas rares, il n'en demeure pas moins qu'elles convergent vers une idée principale : la délinquance est un agissement à l'encontre des normes et des valeurs d'une société donnée. Les individus grandissent dans une société qui, et à travers ses institutions, veille à leur inculquer les normes de bonne conduite en vue de leurs intégration dans l'ordre social. Au cours de la socialisation l'individu, la société ne lui indique pas seulement les bonnes manières auxquelles il doit se tenir, mais aussi les retombées de sont éventuelle transgression. La question la plus souvent soulevée, même d'une nature traditionnellement étiologique, s'interroge sur les causes qui conduisent des individus à transgresser ces normes et valeurs. | ||
| 520 | |a كانت الجريمة موضوعاً شغل الفكر البشري منذ القدم، لكن ومنذ قرنين تراكمت النظريات إلى درجة يصعب اتخاذ أحدها كمرجع أساسي لدراسة السلوك الإجرامي. إن كانت احد التعاريف المبسطة للجريمة تقدمها على أنها خرق لقوانين و قيم المجتمع، فإن هذا الأخير يرد بالشجب حيال هكذا تصرف، و يصل في رده فعله الشاجبة إلى حدود قصوى من العقاب. ولكن المجتمع يعمل خلال مؤسساته على نقل الموروث الأخلاقي و القيمي إلى أفراده الذين من بينهم من تصدر عنه سلوكيات مخالفه و متباينة الخطورة. إن الفرد الذي كبر في بيئته الاجتماعية و الذي تصدر عنه أفعال اجراميه يدرك أن تصرفاته عكس القيم و الأعراف الاجتماعية، و أن الإتيان بها كفيل بإثارة ردة فعل متمثله في السخط و العقاب و مع ذلك فهو يقدم على ذلك. هذا يدفعنا إلى التساؤل عن المعنى الذي يضعه الجناة لسلوكهم وتصورهم الذاتي حيال تصرفاتهم، و نسعى لذلك عن طريق إعادة رسم المسيرة الانحرافية من خلال إفاداتهم و المعاني الذاتية التي يكونونها. | ||
