| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى بناء وتصميم مقياس لتقويم إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالأندية الرياضية بمدينة الرياض وذلك للتعرف على أهداف الأندية الرياضية والبرامج المنبثقة من برامج تطوير الأندية بصفة عامة والبرامج الرياضية بصفة خاصة والإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتمثلة فى الميزانيات- الهيكل الإداري- الأعضاء، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفى على عينة عددها (677) فرد، ومن أدوات البحث البيان المقابلة الشخصية- الاستبيان، وقد أسفرت استخلاصات البحث عن الآتى 1- فى الإمكانات المادية والبشرية تعتمد الأندية الرياضية فى صرفها على أوجه الأنشطة المختلفة على الدخل الوارد إليها من الإعانة المخصصة من المملكة والمشروعات الإنتاجية التى تقام فى بعض الأندية وعدم تبنى الأندية الرياضية سياسة الوصول بالناشئين إلى البطولات الدولية والاكتفاء بالمشاركة فى الأنشطة الداخلية 2- فى الخدمات الرياضية الوعى الرياضى بأهمية النشاط الرياضى واضح بين الممارسين وعدد الممارسين قد يكون مناسب لعدد الملاعب الموجودة 3- فى الخدمات الإنشائية وجود برامج زمنية مخصصة لاستخدام الملاعب وقلة حمامات السباحة بالأندية الرياضية والموجود منها قليل الاستخدام لقلة الصيانة 4- فى الخدمات الثقافية والاجتماعية يتم تكوين علاقات اجتماعية جديدة بين الأعضاء بفضل ما تضمه الأندية الرياضية من إمكانيات ثقافية واجتماعية فى الندوات الثقافية، وتوجد صعوبة لدى الممارسين على التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل جيد فيما يختص بتنظيم رحلات العمرة وكذلك المكتبات وعرض الأفلام الترفيهية والثقافية العلمية The research aims to identify the reality of leadership skills and self- technical, administrative and humanitarian with leaders of the managers of sports clubs in Riyadh and the development of a draft proposal for the development of leadership skills and self-technical, administrative and humanitarian with leaders of the managers of sports clubs, and the researcher used the descriptive method on a sample of (120) Specialist, and Tools Find statement statistical number of employees the sports clubs in Riyadh- personal interview- questionnaire, has resulted in the following conclusions Search for: 1- That there is a self-leadership skills are very important for the managers of sports clubs, most notably represented in the acceptance of criticism from superiors and subordinates - Calm in the face of crises - Mental agility - Adjust psychological emotions - To find new ways to cope with the expected positions. 2- Technical skills should be available to the managers of sports clubs through the responses of the research sample is to understand systems sporting bodies - The ability to persuade the importance of the work - Doing business perfectly - Issue instructions in a logical manner - Using beams and soft with subordinates. 3- Managerial skills should be available to the managers of sports clubs through the responses of the sample of the research is the ability to make decisions - The ability to exploit the potential of subordinates - the distribution of work between the members of the committees - The skill in time management 4- human skills should be available to the managers of sports clubs through the responses of the research sample, a respect for others gain their support - Accept criticism of subordinates - The ability to work as a package \ -Respect for others and gain their support. * Assistant Professor, Department of Sports Management- Faculty of Physical Education for mail \ -Alexandria University |
