| المستخلص: | Customary power involves a social system based on the exploitation of traditional frameworks of the rents. Because rents are common practice, customary authority is linked to violent practices because it essentially imposes a particular hierarchy of social welfare. This is by its nature was seen by some of the disadvantaged as a social hierarchy through which they seek to bring about a change that gives them their rights. Because customary power deprives them of their rights, they find violent practices a means of influencing customary power in order to weaken them.\nThe basis of this violence arises because each party seeks to control the market at the expense of the other. It also happens between the merchant and the customer (consumer), and this is due to monopolization, speculation, quality and price of the commodity.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تنطوي السلطة العرفية في نظام اجتماعي قائم على استغلال الأطر التقليدية للريوع، ولأن الريع هو مشاع جماعي، فإن السلطة العرفية تصير ذات علاقة بممارسات عنيفة لأنها تعمل أساسا على فرض تراتب مضبوط للحظوة الاجتماعية، وهذا بطبيعته يراه بعض من المحرومين تراتب غير اجتماعي يسعون من خلاله إلى إحداث تغيير يحق حقوقهم، ولأن السلطة العرفية تحرمهم من الحق فإنهم يجدون في الممارسات العنيفة وسيلة للتأثير في السلطة العرفية من أجل إضعافها.\n\tوأساس هذا العنف ينشأ بسبب سعي كل طرف التحكم في السوق على حساب الطرف الآخر كما تحدث ما بين التاجر والزبون ( المستهلك )وهذا بسبب الاحتكار، المضاربة، وجودة السلعة وسعرها.
