| المستخلص: | يتناول البحث دواعي استخدام مصطلح "ليس عليه العمل" عند المحدثين في تعاملهم مـع الأحاديث المقبولة التي تحقق فيها توفر شروط الحديث الصحيح الخمسة وفق معايير أهل النقد من علماء الحديث، مع دراسة تطبيقية على أحاديث الصحيحين للتمثيل على أسباب عدم العمل بها فيعصرنا الحاضر على الأرجح. \ وقد اشتمل البحث على أربعة مباحث: تضمن الأول منهما مدخلا لدراسـة مـصطلح "ليس عليه العمل" ومرادفاته "، حيث بين معنى هذا المصطلح، واستخدامه عند العلمـاء، وذكـر مرادفاته في استخدام المحدثين، وختم المبحث ببيان عكس المصطلح، أي: "عليه العمل". \ وتناول المبحث الثاني استخدام مصطلح "ليس عليه العمل" في أحاديث خصائص النبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم)، حيث تضمن معنى خصائص النبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم)، ونماذج من الأحاديـث التـي عـدها العلمـاء خصائص للنبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم) في الصحيحين، ودواعي وجودها. \ وتناول المبحث الثالث استخدام مصطلح "ليس عليه العمل" في الأحاديـث المنـسوخة، حيث تضمن معنى النسخ، ونماذج من الأحاديث المنسوخة في الصحيحين، ودواعي وجودها. \ وتناول المبحث الرابع استخدام مصطلح "ليس عليه العمل" في أحاديث قضايا العـين، \ وتضمن بيان معنى قضية العين، ونماذج من الأحاديث التي عدها العلماء قضايا عـين لا يقـاس عليها في الصحيحين، ودواعي وجودها. \ وتمثلت أهم نتائج البحث في: أنه يوجد في الصحيحين أحاديث لا يمكن العمل بها، وأن الأسباب الثلاثة لرواية الأحاديث التي "ليس عليها العمل" في الصحيحين هـي: أحاديـث عـدها العلماء أنها خصائص للنبي (صلي الله عليه وسلم)، أو أنها أحاديث منسوخة والعمل على غيرها، أو أنهـا قـضايا عين لا يقاس عليها ولا يعمل بها. \ his research deals with the reasons for using the term "It is not complied with" by Scholars of Hadith in their dealing with the accepted (Hadiths) traditions which contain the five conditions of the (Sahih) correct \ Prophetic tradition Standards of the people of criticism from Scholars of Hadith with an applied study on the two Sahihs as an example of not dealing with them nowadays likely. \ The research contained four topics: \ The first is an entrance to the study of the term "It is not complied with" and its synonyms, I showed the meaning of this term and its uses by the scholars. Mentioned its synonyms used by the Hadith scholars and I ended it by showing the opposite of this term, e.i. "It is complied with". \ The second topic dealt with the use of the term "It is not complied with" in the Hadiths of the specificities of the Prophet (p.b.u.h), it contained the meaning of the specificities of the Prophet(p.b.u.h), selected Hadiths which Scholars of Hadith called as the specificities of the Prophet(p.b.u.h), in the two Sahihs, the reasons for their existence. \ The third topic dealt with the use of the term "It is not complied with" in the abrogated Hadiths, the meaning of repeal, selected abrogated Hadiths from the two Sahihs and the reasons for their existence. \ The fourth topic dealt with the use of the term "It is not complied with" in the Hadiths of Specificities of the Prophet issues, contained the meaning of Specificities issues, selected Hadiths which the scholars considered Specificities of the Prophet issues which cannot be measured with in the two Sahihs and the reasons for their existence. The conclusion included that there are Hadiths in the two Sahihs which are not dealt with, the three causes of reporting the Hadiths in the Sahihs which are not dealt with: the scholars considered that they are of the Prophet's privacy, or abrogated Hadiths, so action is on other Hadiths, or personal issues which cannot be measured, nor can be dealt with. \ |
