In the third chapter: researcher talked about the rights and duties of the Islamic political parties, and hoped the political parties in the Islamic countries. Find a conclusion and then seal, and put him a number of indexes. يتحدث البحث عن: موضوع حيوي ومعاصر ومنتشر في أغلب دول العالم, وبدأ الباحث بمقدمة, ثم أعقبها بتمهيد وثلاثة فصول, وبيّن الباحث: في التمهيد مفهوم الأحزاب, ومفهوم السياسة الشرعية وأهميتها في واقع الأمة, وعلاقتها بالأحزاب السياسية, وفي الفصل الأول يتطرق الباحث لنشأة الأحزاب السياسية, وأنواعها, وواقعها في الدول العربية والإسلامية, ثم في الفصل الثاني يبيّن: حكم التعددية الحزبية في الشريعة الإسلامية, مع الاستدلال والترجيح, وبيان حكم الأحزاب غير الإسلامية, ويتطرق البحث لإيجابيات وسلبيات التعددية الحزبية, وفي الفصل الثالث تحدث الباحث عن حقوق وواجبات الأحزاب السياسية الإسلامية, والمأمول من الأحزاب السياسية في الدول الإسلامية, ثم ختم البحث بخاتمة, وعدد من الفهارس. |
