| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية منظومة الكترونية مقترحة بنظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني Moodle لتنمية مهارات توظيف السبورة الذكية لدي معلمات رياض الأطفال واتجاهاتهن نحوها في ضوء التنور التكنولوجي برياض الأطفال. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشبة التجريبي. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في البرنامج الإلكتروني التدريبي المقترح عبر الإنترنت من خلال بيئة موددل. وتصميم بطاقة ملاحظة للأداء المهارى في توظيف السبورة الذكية لعينة البحث ومقياس اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام السبورة الذكية برياض الأطفال. وتكونت عينة البحث من 30 معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال كمجموعة تجريبية واحدة من محافظة الفيوم. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة علي وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الجانب المعرفي والأدائي بين المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد التجربة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأفراد المجموعة التجريبية عينة البحث في بطاقة الأداء المهارى لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يوضح فاعلية البرنامج الإلكتروني التدريبي المقترح عبر الإنترنت من خلال استخدام نظام موودل على عينة البحث في تنمية مهارت توظيف السبورة الذكية لدي عينة البحث. ووجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو استخدام السبورة الذكية في العملية التعليمية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال داخل قاعات النشاط برياض الأطفال. كما ان توظيف السبورة الذكية في العملية التعليمية يعد أحد الحلول التربوية الهامة والضرورية التي لابد ان تسعي المؤسسات التربوية إلى تحقيقها من اجل الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية بمختلف المراحل التعليمية. واوصي البحث بضرورة العمل على استخدام السبورة الذكية في جميع المراحل التعليمية بدء من رياض الأطفال. وضرورة تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال على الدور الجديد الذي ستتقلده في ضوء التنور التكنولوجي برياض الأطفال في العصر الحديث.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The objective of the current research was to identify the effectiveness of an electronic system proposed by the E-Learning Management System (Moodle) to improve the skills of applying the smart board of kindergarten teachers and their attitudes towards them in the light of technological enlightenment in kindergartens. The research used analytical descriptive and semi-experimental descriptive approach. The research tools were represented in an online training program that is proposed through the internet and Moodle environment and designing a note card for the skillful performance in the recruitment of smart board for the research sample and the scale of the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the use of smart board in kindergarten. The research sample consisted of 30 kindergarten female teachers as one experimental group from Fayoum governorate. The results emphasized the existence of statistically significant differences in the cognitive and performance side between the experimental group before and after the experiment in favor of the post-application. In addition, there is a statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements of the experimental group members of the research sample in the performance card skill in favor of the post-application. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed online training program through the use of Moodle system on the research sample in applying the skills of the smart board on the research sample. There are also positive tendencies towards the use of smart board in the educational process of kindergarten teachers inside the halls of activity in kindergartens. The application of smart board in the educational process is one of the educational solutions that are important and necessary that educational institutions must seek to apply it in order to improve the educational process in various educational stages. The research recommended the need to work on using smart board in all stages of education starting from kindergarten stage.
