| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين تقدير الذات والتحصيل الأكاديمي لدي عينة من طلبة وطالبات كلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من1003طالبا وطالبة من جميع التخصصات في كلية التربية الأساسية التابعة للهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في إعداد مقياس روزينبرج لتقدير الذات وتضمن هذا المقياس على عشرة أسئلة خمسة أسئلة إيجابية وخمسة سلبية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى ان الارتباط بين مستوي تقدير الذات لأفراد العينة ومستوي تحصيله الدراسي ضعيف ولكنه ارتباط دال إحصائيا. وانه لا يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا في متوسطات درجات إناث العينة طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية وذكور العينة طلبة كلية التربية الأساسية في أدائهم على مقياس مفهوم الذات. وان مستويات تقدير الذات لدي طلبة وطالبات كلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت عالية جدا على الرغم من ان تحصيلهم الأكاديمي كان متوسطا. ووجود ارتباط عالي بين مستوي تقدير الذات والتحصيل الأكاديمي. وان مقياس روزينبرج وهو مقياس يعتمد أسلوب تقرير الذات وفرصة لإرضاء ذواتهم أكثر من كونه طريقة لمعرفة المستوي الحقيقي لتقديرهم لذواتهم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة استخدام مقياس يعتمد طريقة تقرير الأخرين عن مستوي تقدير الذات العام في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت وعلاقته بالتحصيل الاكاديمي.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n \nThe present study aimed to uncover the relationship between the self-esteem and the academic achievement in a sample of female and male students of the Faculty of the Basic Education in the State of Kuwait. The study used the associative descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of 1003 male and female students from all disciplines in the Basic Education College of the General Authority for the Applied Education and Training. The study tool was the preparation of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. This measure included ten questions, five positive and five negative ones. The results found that the correlation between the level of self-esteem of the sample and the level of the scholastic achievement is weak but is statistically significant and that there is no statistically significant difference in the average scores of female sample students of the College of the Basic Education and the sample males students of the Faculty of Basic Education in their performance on the scale of the self-concept. The levels of self-esteem among the female and male students of the Faculty of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait is very high, although their academic achievement was average and a high correlation between the level of self- esteem and the academic achievement. Rosenberg's measure is self-esteem and an opportunity to satisfy themselves rather than a way of knowing the true level of the self-esteem. The study recommended the use of a measure based on the method of assessment of others on the level of self-esteem in the General College of Basic Education in Kuwait and its relationship to the academic achievement.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
