| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن المشكلات التي يعيشها الشباب. وتطرق البحث إلى التعريف اللغوي للشباب والتحديد العلمي لمفهوم الشباب. وأهمية مرحلة الشباب. وكذلك مشكلات الشباب ومنها التسرب الدراسي والفراغ والانحراف السلوكي وأزمة الهوية. وناقش سبل النهوض بالشباب مثل التكوين السليم للشباب. وتوظيف البحث العلمي في عملية النهوض بالشباب. وتوظيف الإعلام لخدمة الشباب. وأشارت النتائج إلى أنه من الممكن النهوض بالشباب وننقذه من الواقع السيء ونكون سندا له في أن يكون عنصر بناء لا عنصر هدم وبالتالي تعم الفائدة على الشاب نفسه وأسرته ومجتمعه. \nلذلك أوصي البحث بضرورة نشر ثقافة ظهور القيادة المستنيرة والمتوازنة بين الشباب وإكساب الشباب المفاهيم والاتجاهات والقيم الاجتماعية السوية في التعامل والتعاون الاجتماعي. بالإضافة إلى إتاحة الفرصة أمام الشباب للإسهام في خدمة المجتمع وتوجيه طاقاتهم واهتماماتهم نحو العمل التعاوني. ونشر ثقافة ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية بحيث تصبح الرياضة نشاطا شعبيا يهتم به الجميع. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The research aimed to reveal the problems faced by young people. The research turned to the linguistic definition of youth and the scientific definition of the concept of youth and the importance of youth, as well as problems of young people, including dropout schools and vacuum and behavioural abnormalities and identity crisis. It discussed the ways to promote youth, such as the proper configuration of young people and the employment of scientific research in the process of youth promotion and employment of media to serve young people. The results indicated that it is possible to promote youth and protect them from the bad reality and to support them to be a constructive element not a demolition element and thus the young man himself, his family, and community were benefitted.\nTherefore, the study recommended the need to spread the culture of the emergence of enlightened and balanced leadership among young people, and instill the concepts, attitudes and social values of social interaction and cooperation in young people. In addition to providing opportunities for young people to contribute to serving the society and directing their energies and interests towards cooperative work. It also recommended the need to spread the culture of sports activities practice so that sport becomes a popular activity that everyone interested in it.
