| المستخلص: | غالبا ما يود الإنسان أن يتملك الفضاء الذي يعيش فيه ويترعرع في أحضانه ماديا ومعنويا. ولكن البناء الهندسي المعماري وتنظيم الفضاء المعاش يطرح إشكالية تحقيق هذه الغاية المنشودة نتيجة عدم القدرة على التملك من قبل مستعملي هذا الفضاء. فيدرك هؤلاء أن الفضاء مجرد إطار مبني من أجل تحقيق الحاجات الضرورية النفسية التي يجب أن يؤديها والتي تساهم مساهمة فعالة في توازنه. ولا يستطيع المكان أو الفضاء تحقيق هذه الوضعية إلا من خلال بناء علاقة حميمة مع الأفراد والمجموعات مرتكزة أساسا على الأحاسيس والمشاعر والتملك للفضاء المعاش. وتترتب عن هذه الوضعية وجود مسافة عاطفية عميقة بين الفضاء ومستعمليه الذين وبفضل غريزتي التكيف والمكان واجهوا الضغوطات المكانية بواسطة طرق مختلفة مادية محسوسة ومعنوية حتى لا تكون علاقتهم مع الفضاء المعاش مختلفة ومضطربة. إن هذا السلوك يؤكد حتما قدرة الفرد والمجموعات على التأقلم مع الظروف المكانية والتكيف مع الفضاء المعاش وتوقهم إلى التفاعل معهم من خلال إيجاد الحلول المناسبة واسترجاع التحكم في أجزائه ومكوناته. ولقد أكد علماء الاجتماع هذا التفاعل وهذه العلاقة الجدلية الوجدانية بين الفردي والاجتماعي والفضائي باعتبار أن الفضاء ليس مجرد إطار مكاني مبني لكي يفي بالحاجات الفيزيولوجية والبيولوجية الضرورية فحسب وإنما هو حقل حيوي مفعم بالمعاني والدلالات والأحاسيس. The conception of the architectural space and its functional and cold organization puts forth the problematic issue of inapproppriation of territories attended by their users. Appropriation (land- grabbing) risk of becoming a sort of nostalgia because it is threatened. This is explained by the fact that those users believe that their living spaces are planned to insure a well-determined function deprived from psychological and social dimensions. Hence, they find some difficulties to appropriate them and to submit them to their wills. Nerveless, considering their instinct of territoriality and adaptability we notice a resistance against this architectural production by persons. These latter try to find the "lost" appropriation by relying basically on a panoply of processes, of material, affective and symbolic possession which allows them to handle the situation in order to hold over the attended places and to realize the territorial domination. These different procedures of this appropriation stress further the interaction and the dialectic relation which occurs always between the individual, the group and the society as it was underlined by the founding fathers of sociology and assert that the architectural space makes up a vital field full of significations and values. La conception de l'espace architectural et son organisation fonctionnelle es. froide posent la problématique de la désappropriation des territoires fréquentes par leurs usagers L'appropriation risque de devenir une sorte de nostalgie car elle es menacée. Cela s'explique par le fait que ces usagers perçoivent que leurs espaces de vie sont conçus pour assurer une fonction bien déterminée dépourvue de dimensions psychologique e sociale. Ils approprier et pour les plier à leur volonté. Toutefois et eu égard à leurs instincts de territorialité et d'adaptabilité, on constate une résistance quant à cette production architecturale chez les personnes, Celles-ci tentent de retrouver l'appropriation "perdue" en se basant sur une panoplie de procédés de possession matérielle affective et symbolique leur permettant de gérer la situation pour pouvoir réaliser l'emprise sur les lieux fréquentés et concrétiser la domination territoriale. Les différents processus de cette appropriation confirment davantage l'interaction et la relation dialectique qui existen toujours entre l'individu, le groupe et la société comme l'ont souligné les pères fondateurs de la sociologie. Cela affirme parallèlement que l'espace architectural constitue un "champ vital" plein de sens et de valeurs. |
