| المستخلص: | تتمثل أهمية الورقة في كونها محاولة محدودة الهدف منها البحث العلمي، والموضوعي في توضيح ماهية علم المستقبل والدراسات المستقبلية الاستشرافية، وهل يمكن الاستفادة منها وتوظيفها في المجالات كافة؟ هذا من جهة؛ ومن جهة أخرى محاوله الإسهام في نشر ثقافة الدراسات المستقبلية، والدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في التخطيط المستقبلي العلمي، والدعوة إلى المشاركة في هذا الفرع الجديد من العلوم الاجتماعية، بالبحث في تحديد ماهيته، ومناهجه، وكيفية الاستفادة منه، خاصة بعد أن تزايد الاهتمام علي المستوي العالمي بالدراسات المستقبلية الإستشرافية نظرا لأهميتها؛ فالدراسات المستقبلية باتت من الضروريات التي لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها؛ الأمر الذي يفرض علي الباحثين المحاولة البحثية في تحديد ماهية علم المستقبل، والدراسات المستقبلية الاستشرافية، وكيفية الاستفادة من توظيف مناهجها؛ و السعي لنشر وتأصيل الدراسات المستقبلية في كل مؤسسات التعليم العربية. Le but principal de ce travail est de clarifier la signification des sciences de future et des études stratégiques ainsi que leur rôle dans la planification des projets d’avenir. Pour toutes ces raisons notre contribution essaye de mettre en relief l’importance de la diffusion de la culture des études et des sciences de future et le rôle quelles peuvent jouer dans la planification future en général et dans la recherche scientifique en particulier. L’importance de ce genre d’études se pose, de plus en plus, avec la propagation des études stratégiques dans le monde d’où notre ambition de diffuser cette discipline dans les établissements d'enseignement arabes et surtout dans le milieu universitaire Mots clés : Etudes prospectives ; Futurologie ; Planification ; enseignement ; éducation. The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the nature and the meaning of future studies and their role in the planning of future scientific projects. For these reasons our contribution focuses on the dissemination of future and prospective studies, and the role they may play in future planning in general and in scientific research in particular. The importance of such studies arises, increasingly, with the spread of strategic studies in the world and our ambition to spread this discipline in Arab Educational Establishments and especially in academic arena |
