| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم على الإرشاد السلوكي لتدعيم مهارات التواصل وخفض أشكال العنف لدى المراهقين. واستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 20 طالب وطالبة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس مهارات التواصل للمراهقين. ومقياس العنف. والبرنامج الارشادي السلوكي. وطبقت أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات التواصل لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما وجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس مهارات التواصل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وعدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس التتبعي على مقياس مهارات التواصل مما يؤكد بقاء أثر وفاعلية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التواصل. كما وجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في مقياس العنف لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجد فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي في مقياس العنف لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وعدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس التتبعي على مقياس العنف مما يؤكد بقاء أثر وفاعلية البرنامج في خفض أشكال العنف. وأوصى البحث بتقديم خدمات إرشادية للتلاميذ خاصة في مرحلة المراهقة بشكل مستمر. وتوعية الأولياء والمربيين بالمواقف التي تشكل العنف. وأن تكون المعاملة الوالدية متسمة بالاتزان والأمان. كما يجب التواصل بين المدرسة والأسرة من خلال مجالس أولياء الأمور. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe objective of the research is to verify the effectiveness of a behavioral counseling program to strengthen communication skills and reduce adolescent violence. The semi-empirical approach was used. The research group consisted of 20 students. The research tools were the Communication Skills Scale for Adolescents, the scale of violence and the behavioral counseling program. The search tools were applied both pre and post program to the research group. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the mean level of 0.01 between the mean scores of the experimental group grade levels in the pre and post applications on the communication skills scale in favor of the post application. A statistically significant difference was found at the mean level of 0.01 between the experimental and control groups grade levels in the pre and post applications on the communication skills scale in favor of the experimental group. There was no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group members in the follow up measurement on the communication skills scale, which confirms the impact of the program on the development of communication skills. There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group members in the follow up application of the violence scale, which confirms that the impact and effectiveness of the program will continue to reduce the forms of violence. The research recommended providing tutoring services for students especially in adolescence. In addition to raising awareness of parents and educators about the attitudes that constitute violence and that parental treatment is balanced and safe.
