| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى اهتمام إدارات البنوك التجارية الأردنية بالاعتبارات الاقتصادية والقانونية وتحقيق رغبات المساهمين عند اتخاذ قرارا توزيع الأرباح . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على (16) بنكا تجاريا أردنيا، حيث تم توزيع (80) استبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من إدارات البنوك التجارية ، وقد خضع للتحليل الإحصائي (55) استبانة ، وتم استخدم الإحصاء الوصفي واختبار (ت) لفحص بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إدارات البنود تحرص بدرجة مرتفعة بالاعتبارات الاقتصادية القانونية والتعاقدية عند اتخاذهم قرار توزيع الأرباح على حملة الأسهم ، وتستجيب وبدرجة مرتفعة على تلبية رغبات المساهمين عند اتخاذ قرار توزيع الأرباح على حملة الاسم . وقد أوصت الدراسة باستمرار البنوك الاهتمام بالاعتبارات الاقتصادية والقانونية وتحقيق رغبات المساهمين عندما تتخذ قرار توزيع الأرباح . This study aimed to identify the extent of attention management of Jordanian commercial banks for consideration of economic, legal, and contractual that governing the decision of the distribution dividends to stockholder, where the study focused on economic considerations, legal contractual, and the preferences' of shareholders. To achieve the objectives of the study questionnaire was develop and distributed to (16) Jordanian commercial banks, where the (80) questionnaires distributed randomly to the management of Jordanian commercial banks, where The total number of response questionnaires from that fit the study was (55). Descriptive statistics and T-Test had been used to analyze the data and test for the hypotheses of this study. The study found that the Managements of Jordanian Commercial Banks gave a high level of importance for Consideration for Economic, Legal, and contractual that governing the decision of the distribution Dividends to Stockholder. The study recommended that the banks continue to \\ attention by economic considerations, legal and achieving the wishes of the shareholders when they take decision dividend. |
