| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى مناقشة موضوع بعنوان التهنئة في ميزان الشريعة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المقارن. وتكون البحث من ثلاث مباحث، تناول المبحث الأول تعريف التهنئة وحكمها وآدابها، وناقش المبحث الثاني دواعي التهنئة الشرعية، وكشف المبحث الثالث عن دواعي التهنئة غير الشرعية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن المقصود من التهنئة التودد وإظهار السرور، وأكدت على أن التهنئة مستحبة في الجملة لأنها مشاركة بالتبرك والدعاء من المسلم لأخيه المسلم فيما يسره ويرضيه. وأثبتت أن ليس من دواعي التهنئة في الشريعة الإسلامية تهنئة الكفار بالعيد، أو التهنئة في حفلات الشركات السنوية، أو تهنئة حكام الدول الإسلامية وغيرها. وتوصلت إلى مشروعية التهنئة بالعيد وبالقدوم من السفر، وبالثوب الجديد وبالقدوم من الحج أو من الحرب. وأوصى البحث بضرورة الرجوع إلى الله والتزام منهجه الذي ارتضاه لنا دستورا للحياة. وأبرز أهمية استشعار مسئولية العلماء التي تنبع من واجبهم بأهمية الامر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، والتبصير عن طريق النصح والإرشاد وعدم التهاون في تطبيق شرع الله في المجتمع.\nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to discuss a subject entitled felicitations in the balance of Sharia. The research was based on the descriptive comparative approach. It consisted of three topics. The first topic dealt with the definition of congratulations, its rulings and ethics. The second topic discussed the reasons for the legitimate felicitations. The third topic revealed the reasons for the illegal congratulations. The results indicated that the congratulations are meant to be courteous and show pleasure, and stressed that congratulations are desirable in the sentence because they share the blessings and prayers of the Muslim to his Muslim brother in a way that pleases and satisfies him. They proved that it is not a felicitation in the Islamic law to congratulate the infidels on Eid, or on the annual corporate parties, or to congratulate the rulers of the Islamic countries and others. The results concluded by pointing out the legitimacy of congratulating on Eid, on returning from travel, on buying new clothes and coming back from pilgrimage or war. The research recommended the need to refer to Allah and the commitment to His religion, which was submitted to us as a constitution for life. It also highlighted the importance of sensing the responsibility of scholars that stems from their duty to the importance of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and enlightening through giving advice and guidance and non-leniency in implementing Allah's law in society.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
