| المستخلص: | هدف الباحث بهذه الدراسة أن ينبه إلى أهمية النبر في توضيح المعنى عند القراءة عامة و عند تلاوة القرآن الكريم بصفة خاصة. فكان منهج البحث هو الاستقراء والاستنباط. \\\\ احتوى الفصل الأول على مشكلة البحث وأهميته ؛ حيث أوضح الباحث أن الناس عامة لا يقرأون نبراً، وبذلك يغيرون معنى الكلام أو يشوهونه في كثير من الأحايين. في الفصل الثاني تعرض الباحث للمهارات اللغوية مبيناً تكاملها مع بعضها و أن القراءة لا تكون صحيحة إن لم تكن الكتابة كذلك. ثم شرح الباحث معنى النبر وحسن الأخذ به في كتابة المصاحف. أما الفصل الثالث فقد احتوى على شرح النبر وأنواعه وتأثيره في الكلام والقراءة. جاء هذا بعد مقارنة بين النبر في اللغة العربية و النبر في اللغة الإنجليزية، بهدف توضيح أثر النبر على المعنى. \\\\ في الفصل الرابع أجرى الباحث تطبيقاً عملياً - كمثال - للنبر على العامل اللغوي "ما" في القرآن الكريم ، متتبعاً ذلك في الجزء الثلاثين من القرآن الكريم، وموضحاً تغير المعاني بوضع أو ح\\\\\\\\ف النبر في كثير من الآيات الكريمة. \\\\ في الفصل الخامس اقترح الباحث أن يعمل بوضع علامة للنبر في المصاحف الشريفة مقترحاً العلامة (ن) حتى تكون التلاوة أكثر صحة لكتاب الله العزيز. \\\\ The main aim of this research was to draw attention to the importance of the stress in reading; particularly when reciting the Holly Quraan. The research methods used were the inductive as well as the deductive methods. \\\\ In the first chapter, the research problem was cited. Many people are not aware of the importance of the stress when reading ; and thus they quite often either change or distort the meaning of the read text. In the second chapter the researcher showed that language skills are integrated and that reading would be faulty if the read text is not correctly written. Hence, the virtue of using the stress when writing the Holly Qura'an. The third chapter contained explanations about the stress, its kinds and effects on meaning. That was cited after drawing a semantic contrastive analysis on the stress in English and Arabic languages. The purpose of this contrast was to clarify the effect of stress on meaning. \\\\ The fourth chapter was an application of the stress on the linguistic category ما) ) , demonstrating the effect of meaning change if the stress is misplaced in a Holly verse of Qura'anما) ) was numerated in the Holly Qura'an with special focus on Chapter thirty of this Holly Book ; which was selected because it is easy to refer to. \\\\ The fifth chapter contained results and the main suggestion: that stress should be given its appropriate importance in reciting Qura'an.
