| المستخلص: | The majority of empirical studies support the hypothesis that privatization of the public company will improve its performance. The purpose of this research is to study the impact of privatization on the performance of the Algerian public companies. This work shows globally that the impact is positive. La majorité des études empiriques soutient l’hypothèse d’amélioration de la performance de l’entreprise publique après sa privatisation. L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier l’impact de la privatisation sur la performance des entreprises publiques algériennes. Ce travail montre globalement, que la privatisation a un impact positif sur la performance des entreprises privatisées |
