| المستخلص: | Our works intends to be a contribution in the study of strategic behaviors choice for small sized companies, in various industry sectors, the use or not of certain strategies is considered in many ways in the strategic management literature. However, the strategy has seen since the last two decades important advances, assimilated for a long time with the management and even with marketing, this open discipline which is mutating, is now established among sciences of management. The entrepreneurial comptences and behaviors, were the subjects of our study, by providing us the means to study the contractor skills and character, to evaluate the reality of entrepreneurial activity in Algeria. |
