| المستخلص: | تعتبر مؤسسة سونالغاز من بين المؤسسات الأولى التي شرعت في تطبيق اختبارات لعملية اختيار المترشحين ، إلا أن مشكلة القياس بهذه الوسائل و الأدوات هو ارتباطها ارتباطا وثيقا بالبعد النفسي، الاجتماعي و الثقافي، لهذا قمنا بدراسة محلية و التي تستمد أهميتها من كونها تمثل نتائج حقيقية نابعة من البيئة الجزائرية، فاستخدام معايير محلية أمر هاما لكل البحوث العلمية و الجوانب التطبيقية.
