الوصف
المستخلص:After more than one century and a half of the Hellenistic - Seleucid control, The first large Iranian(Persian) state had emerged after the fall of the Achaemenid empire. The importance of this state, which could be called empire, is not because it was the reason behind the fall of the Seleucid empire, but more importantly, the delay of the Greek invasion to the east for about two centuries. \ Despite the expansion of the Parthian power and their ability to establish a huge empire ruled for five centuries, the historians, especially the Arabians, looked to their history as unrefined stories. The Parthian history hadn’t been mentioned in the old Persian books or in the biographies of the kings which were considered the main resources for the historians. The main reason behind this may be the absence of the Parthian documents in spite of the fact that they knew the writing on the leather. For this reason, the Arabian narrators (historians) hadn't mentioned anything about the Parthian political history except that they had been called “the Taifas”, the reason behind this name and the end of their state by the hands of the Sassanin king Ardeshir \ The Parthian civilization hadn’t arisen from noting and it hadn’t emerged during a short period of time. The Parthian empire is considered an extension to the Achaemenid empire which included the old oriental civilizations and paved the way to achieve the cultural results of the conquers of Alexander of Macedonia who had taken their empire as an idol to build and organize his empire. The Alexander history is an extension to the Achaemenid history and the Hellenistic culture which was the result of the meeting of the Greek culture and the old oriental culture. The Parthian inherited the Seleucid empire with all of it’s administrative systems which was the same systems that had been used during the Achaemenid period with the addition of minor administrative developments because of the change of the circumstances.
