| المستخلص: | منذ نشأته تعرض مفهوم السيادة إلى جملة تحديات كان أبرزها هو التدخل الذي تطورت ذرائعه ومعاييره مع تطور الحاجات في المجتمع الدولي حتى أضحت السيادة مفهوما نسبيا.\ إلا أن الحقيقة تكمن في استحداث الدول الكبرى لذرائع تبرر استخدام القوة والعنف في علاقتها الدولية ولتبرير الاستغلال الذي مارسته من اجل نهب ثروات شعوب العالم الثالث. \ وعلى هذا الأساس فالمجتمع الدولي أمام تطور مفاهيمي كبير للسيادة وللتدخل حيث إننا أمام مرحلة تحويلية ستؤدي إلى تشريع مبدأ التدخل مما يجعلنا في نظام ما بعد وستفاليا التي اعقبت حرب اوربية استمرت ثلاثون عام Since its inception, the concept of sovereignty exposure to inter challenges, most notably is the intervention that evolved Dhiraúah and standards with the development in the international community needs to become a relatively concept sovereignty.\ However, the truth lies in the development of major countries for excuses to justify the use of force and violence in their international relations and to justify exploitation exerted in order to plunder the riches of the peoples of the Third World.\ On this basis, the international community is in front of a large conceptual evolution of sovereignty and intervention.
