| المستخلص: | صار من الممكن القول: إن ما يبتغيه الإنسان الحضري في عالم القرن الواحد والعشرين والقرون اللاحقة، أن يحسم جدلية العلاقة (تحضر – تحديث)، بإخضاعها ضمن إطار متوازن، توازنا يقضي من خلاله على حالة قلق التفكير والفعل؛ لان المكان هنا إذا اضطراب واختل توازنه، لا شك وانه يقوم على حضرية الإنسان. \ إن إطلالتنا على هذا الموضوع، كانت هاجسا تولد لدينا، منذ أن أصبح توازن العلاقة بين التحضر والتحديث وكأنه حلم مؤجل، على الأقل في المدينة العراقية، إذ نلحظ حالة تخمة حضرية تشهدها المدينة، مما تم وصفها بأنها عملية تحضر زائدة "Over Urbanization" أخلت أولا، بالبنية المكانية للمدينة، نتج عنها خلل واضبح في منظومة القيم، التي نختزلها هنا في مفهوم التحديث "modernization"، إذ نعتبر حالة التحديث هنا حالة مأزومة، بفعل تأزم عملية التحضر "Urbanization" نفسها، ومن ثم ، فإن العلاقة بينهما رغم تأزمهما معا، علاقه عكسية، فكلما ارتفع معدل التحضر "Degree Of Urbanization" قل معه مستوى التحديث في العقلية العراقية. وحتى نخرج من جدلية العلاقة، وتحاشيا للوقوع في فخ (الدور)، علينا أولا، الإقرار بعدم استقلال المكان الحضري، وهذا يعود بطبيعته إلى عمليات الغزو والتعاقب للجماعات المهاجرة نحو المدينة، وما ينجم عن ذلك من اختلال واضح في بنية المكان ايكولوجيا وجغرافيا، إلى جانب حالة الصراع السوسيو- ثقافي، بين منظومة القيم الحضرية، التي أشبه ما تكون بحالة القيم المحتضرة؛ وبين ريفنة القيم والمكان، فأصبحت القيم المهاجرة (الريفية) هي من تطبع سلوك الإنسان الحضري. وبناءا على هذه المعطيات، تأتي تساؤلات الموضوع، على الأقل تساؤلين، نعتقد أنهما يحيطان بإشكالية الفكرة. فلماذا إذن، لا يرافق التحضر تحديث في القيم؟ وهل ثمة سلوك حضري في المدينة العراقية؟ \ It is now possible to say: What Eptgeh human urban world twenty-first century and the subsequent centuries, sealed the dialectical relationship (Urbanization - Update), subjecting them within the framework of a balanced, balanced serving through the anxiety of thinking and act; because the place here if disorder and unbalanced , there is no doubt it affects urban rights. \ TheAtalaltna on this subject, the obsession generate our since becoming balance the relationship between urbanization and modernization, like a dream deferred, at least in the Iraqi city, as we note the case glut urban seen in the city, which has been described as the process of urbanization redundant Over Urbanization "" evacuated first , infrastructure spatial of the city, resulted in a clear imbalance in the system of values, which Nkhtzelha here in the concept of modernization Update "", as we consider the case update here if troubled, by worsening the process of urbanization Urbanization "" itself, and then, the relationship between them despite Tazmanma together, inverse relationship, the higher the rate of urbanization Degree Of Urbanization "" Say with the level of modernization in the Iraqi mentality.
