| المستخلص: | The aim of the research is to shed light on the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud for the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The research used the descriptive approach, to provide a historical overview of the origin and geographical location of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Kingdom position of Muslim minorities and peoples throughout history. Also, it shows the relations during the reign of King Fahd and his support for the Muslims of Bosnia and Herzegovina after the Declaration of Independence, the manifestations of these relations first diplomatic support in the words of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the Hajj season in 1993, the conferences especially the Islamic Summit in Morocco in 1994, which resulted employ team to provide assistance and help to Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to providing troops and equipment to ensure effective action by United Nations Protection Force (UNPROFOR) and increase humanitarian and economic morale provided for Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are bilateral relations between the Kingdom, Bosnia, and Herzegovina under King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz reign during and after the war, and other fields of cooperation with relevant official institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 هدف البحث الى القاء الضوء على دعم خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك فهد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود لمسلمي البوسنة والهرسك. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، لتقديم نبذة تاريخية عن نشأة البوسنة والهرسك، والموقع الجغرافي لها. وموقف المملكة من الأقليات والشعوب الإسلامية عبر التاريخ. والعلاقات في عهد الملك فهد ودعمه لمسلمي البوسنة والهرسك بعد إعلان الاستقلال، ومن مظاهر هذه العلاقات أولا الدعم الدبلوماسي في كلمة خادم الحرمين الشريفين بموسم الحج عام 1993م، والمؤتمرات وخاصة مؤتمر القمة الإسلامي بالمغرب عام 1994م الذي نتج عنه تكليف فريق عمل لتقديم العون والمساعدة للبوسنة والهرسك، وتوفير القوات والمعدات اللازمة التي تكفل عملا فعالا من جانب قوة الأمم المتحدة للحماية، وزيادة ما يقدم من مساعدات إنسانية ومعنويات اقتصادية لصالح البوسنة والهرسك. ومؤتمر القمة العاشر في سبتمبر 1992م وأهم التدابير التي اتخذها رؤساء دول حركة عدم الانحياز تجاه البوسنة والهرسك. وثانيا الدعم الإنساني والإغاثي. وأشار البحث الي رد فعل كبار المسؤولين في البوسنة على مواقف خادم الحرمين الشريفين تجاه البوسنة وتمثل في البرقية التي بعث بها الرئيس على عزت بيغوفيتش لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، وتصريحات السيد أيوب غانيتش نائب رئيس جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، وتصريحات وزير الخارجية، والسفير البوسني في الرياض. والعلاقات الثنائية بين المملكة والبوسنة والهرسك في عهد الملك فهد بن عبد العزيز إبان الحرب وبعد انتهائها، ومجالات التعاون الأخرى مع المؤسسات الرسمية ذات الصلة في البوسنة والهرسك. \nكُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 |
