| المستخلص: | يمكن القول بعد البحث والجهد في موضوع البدعة ان كلا المذهبين مذهب من يراي كل البدع في العبادات التي لم تكن زمن النبوة سيئة ويحرم فعلها والمذهب الاخر الذي يقسمها الى حسنة وسيئة ..ان هذين المذهبين كانا ايضا في زمن السلف الصالح الا انهم لم تكن هذه المسالة سببا في تفرقهم كما نحن اليوم، بل ينظرون لبعضهم بنظرة المجتهد الذي له من الله اما الاجر او الاجرين كما في الحديث الشريف «إذا حكم الحاكم فاجتهد ثم أصاب فله أجران، وإذا حكم فاجتهد ثم أخطأ فله أجر». البخاري برقم 5372\ والراجح من تعريف البدعة انها اذا كانت العبادة تندرج تحت اصل من اصول الاسلام او قاعدة من قواعده فهي حسنة وان لم تكن بشكلها الظاهري موجوده كالصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه واله وسلم بعد الاذان بشكل جهري لان السنة تحث على الصلاة على النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام بعد الاذان لكن صفة الجهرية هي التي لم تذكر بالدليل، فلا حرج بذالك. \ اما من احب ان يشدد على نفسه بمفهوم البدعة فله اجتهاده بشرط ان يتسع صدره لاخوته المخالفين له بالاجتهاد.
