| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مختلف التطبيقات المناسبة لتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة وأثرها على تحقيق النجاعة في مفهومها الكلي وفي الإطار الداخلي والخارجي للمؤسسة. إن النظام الذي تتبعه شركة سونا طراك والمؤسس على أولويات النظافة- الأمن والمحيط، يشكل في مجمله أولوية لنظام القيادة الكلي وبصفة مطلقة، في مختلف المستويات. مما يتيح إمكانية التقييم المناسب لمختلف النجاعات المحققة في هذا المجال. The object of this study is to precise the principals practices of social responsibility, influencing the realization of global performance of the firm. The management system of environment and security , installing and developing in Sontrach , in the different parts , precise the levels of this practices ; and those orientations ;by attaching this pratices with the principal objectives of the firm . L objectif de cette étude est de mettre l' accent sur les principes clés des bonnes pratiques de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises et leurs impacts sur la réalisation de sa performances , dans un environnement interne et externe . La mise en place d’un système de management intégré HSE pour le Groupe Sonatrach constitue une priorité absolue du management à différents niveaux. Il s’agit par cette action de mettre en œuvre les engagements de la politique HSE du Groupe. Le processus, déjà entamé, permettra une meilleure évaluation des Performances HSE du Groupe ; et un niveau de comparaison universel . |
