| المستخلص: | \nهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على إعلان يهودية الدولة وتداعيات المصطلح. وتناولت الدراسة خطورة يهودية الدولة في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية وما سيترتب عليها من مخاطر على القضية الفلسطينية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وارتكزت الدراسة على عدة محاور. أولاً الاعتراف بيهودية إسرائيل كإعتراف بالشرعية الصهيونية. من خلال توضيح التوقيت المناسب وأبعاد يهودية الدولة على عرب الداخل وقانون القومية. وثانياً إبراز كيان الأقليات يعزز يهودية إسرائيل. حيث ركز على القرار الدولي الرقم (181) وتثبيت مصطلح الدولة اليهودية، وبريطانيا القوة المنتدبة على فلسطين، والولايات المتحدة، والاتحاد السوفياتي، والمصطلح القديم/الجديد والاستراتيجيات الخبيثة. وثالثاً الاعتراف بدولة يهودية يعنى الاعتراف بدولة دينية عنصرية. ورابعاً الدولة اليهودية من وجهة نظر إسلامية، تكمن في التعرف على إسرائيل وخلط الدين بالقومية. وختاماً حاولت الدراسة بيان تداعيات إعلان إسرائيل ليهودية دولتها، وأثر ذلك في القضية الفلسطينية والمنطقة العربية من خلال تحليل المصطلح وأبعاده السياسية والدينية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The study aimed to identify the declaration of Judaizing the state and the implications of the term. The study dealt with the seriousness of Judaizing the state in the regional and international platforms and the dangers that will result in the Palestinian case. The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach. The study was based on several axes. Firstly, it discussed the recognition of the Jewishness of Israel as recognition of Zionist legitimacy through clarifying the appropriate timing and dimensions of Judaizing the state on the Arabs of the homeland and the law of nationalism. Secondly, it mentioned that highlighting the minority entity, strengthens Jewishness of Israel. It focused on the international resolution number (181) and the consolidation of the term Judaizing the state, Britain's delegated power over Palestine, the United States, the Soviet Union, the old / new term and malignant strategies. Thirdly, it emphasized that the confession of a Jewish state means confession of a racist religious state. Fourthly, it turned to the Jewish state from an Islamic point of view, which is to recognize Israel and mix religion with nationalism. Eventually, the study attempted to explain the repercussions of Israel's declaration of Judaizing its state, and its impact on the Palestinian case and the Arab region through the analysis of the term and its political and religious dimensions.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
