| المستخلص: | هدف المقال الى عرض كتاب بعنوان صراع الخيمة والقصر من خلال تقديم رؤية نقدية للمشروع الحداثي الليبي. وتناول المقال مقدمة تتحدث عن تقية المثقف في مجانبة الاستبداد. وارتكز المقال على عدة نقاط، أولاً مسألة المفاهيم التي تستعمل في الوصف الإمبريقي ولا تتسق داخل عملية تنظير. وثانياُ الروابط التضمينية للنظريات حول التحديث. وثالثاً مسألة التحديث الذي لم ينته في المجتمع الليبي إلى الحداثة. ورابعاً لماذا لم يتم بلوغ الحداثة. واختتم المقال إن الحداثة آتية إلى المجتمع الليبي بعد أن تزول أو تضعف مجموعة من القيم المضادة للتطور نحو الحداثة، وهي نموذج الاقتصاد الريعي، وتخلف التعليم وعسكرته، وبرامج ذوبان شخصية الفرد في الجماعة. كما أشار المقال إلى أن تغيير هيكلية الاقتصاد يمكن أن يصبح ملموساً بتبني سياسات معنية بالمقارنة مع الشروط الثقافية والتربوية الأخرى. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n\n The article aims to present a book entitled "Tension of the Tent and the Palace" by presenting a critical vision of the modern Libyan project. The article dealt with an introduction to the intellectual caution in avoiding tyranny. In that sense, the article is based on several points. First, it tackled the issue of concepts used in the empirical description that are not consistent within the process of the conceptualization. Secondly, it handled the implicit links of theories about modernization. Thirdly, it pointed to the issue of modernization that has not stopped in the Libyan society to modernity. Fourthly, it asked why modernity has not been achieved. The article concluded that modernity comes to Libyan society after the disappearance or weakening of a set of values against the evolution towards modernity, namely, the model of the economy of rent, the backwardness and militarization of education, and programs of individuality disappearance in the group. The article also pointed out that a change in the structure of the economy can be felt by adopting policies in relation to other cultural and educational conditions.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
