| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث الى الكشف عن الاحتراق النفسي خارج مهن المساعدة. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. لتوضيح مفهوم الاحتراق النفسي. والاحتراق النفسي لدي عمال الدوريات. وأبعاد مقياس الاحتراق النفسي وهي الاجهاد الانفعالي. والبعد عن العمل. ونقص الفاعلية المهنية. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 121 فردا يعملون وفق نمط تنظيم ساعات العمل. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة المعلومات العامة. وطبقت أداة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن نسبة كبيرة من أفراد مجموعة البحث تعاني من معدلات الانهاك الانفعالي. ويعانون من ارتفاع مستوي الاحتراق النفسي على جميع أبعاده. والفاعلية المهنية لديهم منخفضة. وعدم وجود علاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي وعمر العامل. ولا توجد علاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والحالة الاجتماعية. وعلاقة الاحتراق النفسي بعدد سنوات العمل بنظام الدوريات علاقة ضعيفة وليست دالة إحصائيا. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of the research is to detect the psychological burnout outside the auxiliary professions. The descriptive approach was used to illustrate the concept of the psychological burnout, the emotional stress-strain of the patrol workers and the dimensions of the scale of the psychological burnout which are the emotional, the distance from work and lack of professionalism. The research group consisted of 121 individuals working according to the pattern of working hours. The research tool was in the public information form and was applied on the research tool. The results found that a large proportion of the members of the research group suffer from rates of the emotional exhaustion, suffer from the high level of the psychological burnout in all dimensions and their professional effectiveness is low. There is no relationship between the psychological burnout and the age of the worker, there is no relationship between the psychological burnout and the social status and the relationship of the psychological burnout to the number of years of work in the periodicals system is weak and not statistically significant.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
