| المستخلص: | يعد تناول العنف الأسري بالبحث انطلاقاً من أهميته ، إذ يمثل العنف بكل صوره ومظاهره أخطر الظواهر التي تهدد النواة الشرعية الأولى للمجتمع، فالأسرة ليست نظاماً اجتماعياً فحسب بل هي مصدر للأخلاق والوسيلة الأولى للضبط الاجتماعي ، وفي هذا البحث يطمح الباحث إلى الوقوف إلى معرفة ماهيته ، وأسبابه ، إلى جانب التآطير النظري لهذه الظاهرة التي باتت اليوم منتشرة بشكل ملحوظ وبين كافة الشرائح بالمجتمع The regard given to the issue of domestic or familial violence stems from its importance. That is because violence, in all of its forms and manifestations represents the most serious of realities threatening the primary legitimate nucleus of the society. That is because the family is not only a social system, but rather the source for morals and the primary means for social control. In this study, the researcher endeavors to examine the knowledge about its true reality or essence and its causes, in addition to the theoretical framing of this phenomena which has come to be noticeably widespread today and amongst all segments of the society. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
