| المستخلص: | \n \n هدف المقال إلى التعرف على رسائل إلى أبنائنا الطلبة. وتناول المقال عدة رسائل ومنها الرسالة الأولي أنا ومعلمي أقول لكم اقتربوا من معلميكم ومربيكم ولا تجعلوا بينكم أسوارا وحواجز قوامها سوء الفهم أو قسوة المعاملة أو التعسف في إطلاق أحكام بغير. والرسالة الثانية لا تقتلوا لحظاتكم بالتسويف والتأجيل وبعاداتكم الطفولية الصغيرة ولن أقول لا تؤجلوا عمل اليوم إلى الغد بل أقول لا تؤجلوا عمل اللحظة إلى اللحظة التي تليها. والرسالة الثالثة هي لا تسمحوا للفشل بأن يرافقكم ولا تعنونوا ذواتكم بالفشل والكسل. واختتم المقال بأن إنفعال المعلمين يتكرر عند إهمال طلابهم أو تشط أفكارهم عن محتوى الدرس أو يشغلون حواسهم بما لا يجب فهذا الانفعال وعلاماته من ملامح قاسية أو صوت مرتفع لم يجرج إلا لحرقة عليكم وغيرة على مستقبلهم. ويجب على الطلاب أن يكونوا المراقبين الحذرين على أنفسهم بأن يهذبوا أنفسهم وتخطى عيوبنا الإنسانية لا يأتي إلا بالإحياء والانتعاش بالتطبيق والتخطيط والإصرار. وتوصل المقال أن السبب في التقدم في مبحث والإخفاق في مبحث آخر هو الاستسلام لحقيقة عدم التمكن من خوض معركة موفقة مع هذا المبحث والسبيل إلى حل ذلك هو التحدي والمواجهة لا التراجع والاستسلام.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 This article aims to identify messages to our students. The article addressed several messages, including the initial letter; my teacher and me, I say you should approach your teachers and educators and do not separate of each other with walls and barriers of misunderstanding or cruel treatment or arbitrariness by judging each other without evidences. The second message is not to kill your moments with procrastination and postponement and your little childish habits. I will not say, do not postpone the work of today to tomorrow, but rather, do not postpone the work of the moment to the next moment. The third message is that you do not allow failure to accompany you and do not make failure and laziness your attributes. The article concluded that the teachers' emotions are repeated when neglected by their students or distracting their thoughts from the content of the lesson or occupy their senses in a way that should not be, this emotion and its signs of harsh features or high voice was only resulted from care for them and fear for their future. Students must be vigilant observers to be self-deluded and overcome our human faults only by revitalizing and resuscitation by application, planning and determination. The article concluded that the reason for progress in a study and failure in another is to surrender to the fact that it is not possible to fight a successful battle with this subject and the way to solve this is the challenge and confrontation, not retreat and surrender.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n |
